The Terbet family is originally from California and moved to Raleigh in 1986. Colleen graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in December of 1997 with a Business degree. She began working for BB&T in 1998 and moved back to the Raleigh area in 1999. She worked at BB&T until March of 2004 when she joined her mother in Real estate. While at BB&T, she was a Branch Manager, loan officer, outside sales representative.

When she isn’t working in the real estate field, Colleen enjoys doing things with friends, working out, entertaining, going to the Beach, going to Panther Games and traveling.

When he is not working in the real estate field, Michael loves to spend time with his wife, Leslie, working out, going to Charlotte to watch the Panther games, watching sports, especially football and basketball, playing golf with his father, and hanging out with friends.

Christina has lived in Raleigh for just over 2 years and previously lived in Hull, Massachusetts. Christina has over seven years of Real Estate experience and started out as a Real Estate Appraiser. Deborah graduated with a Business Adm/Organizational Management degree from Converse College in 1990. She began her career in banking with First Union Mortgage in Raleigh as a foreclosure specialist and trainer. She held that position until 2000, as her family was expanding.

In 2002 Deborah earned her real estate license and is now a broker . Most of her career has been spent with Remax United where she met Ida Terbet. In July of 2010 Deborah decided it was time to make a change and joined Ida and her team with a mutual goal, to have a strong business with integrity. She is excited about joining Ida and the team, the #1 real estate team in the Carolinas.
